In order to be eligible for this prize you must be 17 years old or younger the day of the tournament. The fish can be fought by several anglers but the youth angler has to be the one who hooks it or the first one to grab the rod if the rod is placed in rod holder. The first leader release from an angler in the youth division wins a prize.
